Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing Green N Bright Solutions. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Green N Bright Solutions provides cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our standard services include, but are not limited to:
- General cleaning (dusting, mopping, wiping surfaces)
- Kitchen cleaning (including benchtops, stoves, range hoods, and cupboards)
- Bathroom cleaning (including mirrors, shower screens, and floor tiles)
- Window cleaning (interior windows and windowsills)
1.1. Service Limitations
- Carpet Cleaning: Carpet cleaning is not included in standard cleaning packages unless specifically requested and agreed upon as an additional service.
- Dishwasher Cleaning: Dishwashers are not included in standard cleaning services unless requested.
- Exterior Window Cleaning: Only interior window cleaning is included in the standard service. Exterior window cleaning can be requested at an additional cost.
2. Recleaning Policy
We offer a one-time recleaning rectification service to address issues identified after the initial cleaning. The following terms apply:
- One-Time Rectification: Green N Bright Solutions provides a one-time rectification after the initial clean. Further recleaning requests will be treated as a new service and will incur additional charges.
- Scope of Rectification: The rectification will cover only the areas specified in the initial agreement and complaint. No additional services will be included unless requested and quoted.
- Time Limit: Requests for recleaning must be submitted within 48 hours of the initial clean. After this period, the clean will be considered final.
3. Access to Property
To perform cleaning services, the client is responsible for ensuring the property is accessible. Green N Bright Solutions is not responsible for any delays or incomplete work caused by restricted access.
3.1. Electricity and Water Supply
- Electricity and Water: The client must ensure that electricity and water are available at the property. Many of our cleaning tools, including floor scrubbers, steam cleaners, and blowers, require electricity.
- Services Without Electricity: In exceptional cases, where cleaning is performed without electricity, Green N Bright Solutions will perform a basic manual clean, but the results may be compromised. This includes the inability to perform deep cleaning of floors and the use of blowers for drying. Clients will be informed, and consent will be obtained if cleaning under such conditions is necessary.
4. Floor Cleaning and Shoe Covers
- Shoe Marks: During floor cleaning, our team wears protective shoe covers to avoid leaving marks. Any marks found after cleaning are likely caused by external parties entering the premises after the cleaning. Green N Bright Solutions is not responsible for such marks.
- Deep Floor Cleaning: While we strive to provide a thorough clean, deep floor cleaning may require the use of specialized equipment such as scrubbers and blowers. If electricity is not available, the client must be aware that some areas, particularly floors, may not meet deep-cleaning standards.
5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellation: Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee of [Insert Fee].
- Rescheduling: Clients can reschedule services with no additional fee, provided it is done with at least 24 hours’ notice.
6. Pricing and Payment
- Quotes: All services are provided based on an initial quote, which includes the scope of work and any additional requests from the client. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Green N Bright Solutions reserves the right to withhold any future services until outstanding payments are made in full.
- Additional Costs: Any additional services requested after the initial quote will incur extra charges.
7. Liability and Insurance
- Damage to Property: Green N Bright Solutions takes care to avoid any damage to your property during cleaning. However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damages or issues that were not disclosed before the cleaning.
- Client’s Personal Items: We are not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal items left in the property during cleaning.
- Insurance: We are fully insured for public liability. In the event of accidental damage caused by our team, we will work with the client to resolve the matter swiftly.
8. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for:
- Ensuring access to the property on the scheduled cleaning day.
- Providing a safe environment for our cleaning staff.
- Informing us of any delicate surfaces or items that require special care during cleaning.
- Notifying us of any pre-existing conditions (such as floor damage, loose fixtures, or sensitive materials) that could affect the cleaning process.
9. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the cleaning. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
- Complaint Resolution: If a complaint is made within the recleaning time limit, we will offer a free rectification for the areas covered by the initial service. Complaints made outside of this period may incur additional charges for any requested rectification.
- Dispute Handling: In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved, both parties agree to participate in mediation before pursuing legal action.
10. Force Majeure
Green N Bright Solutions shall not be held liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, power outages, or other unforeseen events.
11. Amendments to Terms of Service
Green N Bright Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes that may impact the provision of services.
